Import / Export Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You take over the international transport processing in the area of land, sea and air transport
You will prepare delivery bills, invoices and export documents (including export accompanying documents, commercial invoices, declarations of preference and certificates of origin, as well as letters of credit) and support country-specific certifications
You support the purchasing department and the international technical service in the import and export of goods
You are responsible for the sanction list check and handling of special transports
You cooperate with transport service providers and authorities
You maintain the master data in our ABAS – ERP – system

Your profile:

You have a completed commercial / economic education with several years of professional experience in the field of import / export and customs processing
You are characterized by a proactive appearance with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work in a team
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
You preferably have knowledge in the area of shipment of dangerous goods
You work independently and take responsibility for your area of business

Your responsibilities:

Getting involved in the specification of development projects

Your responsibilities:

Further development and optimization of existing concepts

CAD Designer / Department Printed Circuit Boards – Layout (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
- This as a part of an engineering team in a collaborative environment to understand the specifications, application and Client goal.
- Developing the shape of the PCB to fit within the mechanical space that evolves from the collaborative environment.
- Implementing knowledge of international standards & NORMs that are crucial in correctly designing the PCB as well as project specific requirements.
- Assessing the voltages and safety design features of the PCB design.
Checking & controlling the component choices that are integrated on to the designed PCB.
- Including obsolescence component management.
- Specific component review to assess its ability to operate & function within the designed PCB.
Providing feedback in the collaborative environment for peer review & decision.
Using the Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) called ABAS, turning the design into production.
- Creating ERP Articles that are then procured.
- Finding ERP Articles that are available for use in PCB designs or changes.
Releasing designed PCBs for manufacture, including the issuing of all relevant supporting files to the PCB manufacturer.
- Working with the Procurement Team in the sourcing of the new PCBs.

The creation of assembly plans & component payout plans to support the production of the PCBs.
- Working with the Production & Engineering Teams who will provide feedback on the use of the PCB plans created.
- Documentation management of the PCBs plans & supporting documents to ensure they are kept up to date & revised when needed

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable training as a technician in the electronic field
Knowledge of and experience with 3D design programs, preferably Altium Designer
Comprehensive understanding of mechanics and electrical engineering
good knowledge of printed circuit board layout
Good written and spoken English
Creativity and reliability
Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working with high self-motivation

Your responsibilities:

Getting involved in the specification of development projects

Developing design solutions suitable for production, taking into account the reuse of existing components
Carrying out product data processing and product data maintenance in the ABAS ERP system
Technical product support and monitoring of designed assemblies, devices and systems in production and prototype construction
joint development of technical concepts in corresponding project teams
Preparation of technical plans and dimensional drawings for our customers and suppliers

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of mechatronics, precision engineering or mechanical engineering, or completed comparable training as a technician or design engineer
Knowledge of and experience with 3D design programmes, preferably SolidWorks
