Data privacy protection
A responsible handling of your data as well as compliance with the applicable national and international privacy laws are a matter of course. Personal data is only collected, saved and processed to the extent permitted by law and subject to the necessary data security, and your rights to request information and to object to further use.
Our Commissioner for data protection officer is Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Hansjürgen Schäfer.
According to § 4g BDSG the Commissioner for Data Protection need to make the data of § 4e in an appropriate manner available for anybody asking for it. This commitment we comply with in the form of a public procedure directory. The responsible data protection supervisory authority for us is the country’s data protection officer in Baden-Württemberg.

7. Purpose of data collection, processing or use: Purpose of the company is the manufacturing and sales of electronic devices together with all other related activities. For this, the data collection, data processing and data usage is subject to the above mentioned purposes.
8. Description of affected groups and the related data or data categories: Customer (eg contact person, address, contract data bank), personnel (eg planning, contract master data, accounting data), suppliers (eg contact, bank account details, address), freelancers (eg address and accounting data), interested parties (eg address data, product interest), visitors (eg address data), partners (eg contact person, address data)
9. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed: Public authorities if overriding legal provisions, internal bodies, possibly service providers (§ 11 BDSG), external bodies to fulfill the rules acc. to point No. 7. Purpose of data collection, data processing or data use as mentioned under point No. 8. Description of groups of persons acc. to the mentioned purposes.
10. Standard periods for the deletion of data: The deletion of the data takes place after expiry of the statutory retention periods. If data is not affected, they are deleted when the purpose of data collection, data processing or data usage like mentioned under point No. 7 are inapplicable.
11. Planned data transfer to third countries: No transfer of data to our affiliated companies in the United States and Dubai made in accordance with the legitimacy legislation according to §§ 4 b and 4 c BDSG and the decision of the “Düsseldorf Circle” (supreme supervisory authority for data protection in the non-public sector ) of 11 / 12th September-2013.
